Mr. M R Shivaram, Founder Director of Induscon Trade India, leverages over 35 years of expertise in Sales & Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Corporate Finance. With a Commerce degree from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate in Management, he has spearheaded major transformations in customer service, commercial management, and sales strategies, P&L - driving the company's success since its inception.

Mr. Mallesh Babu Reddy, Founder Director of Induscon Trade India, has over a decade of experience in Construction Consumables. As a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a passion for technology and innovation, he has been instrumental in operations and internal control mechanisms since the company's inception, driving improvements in Operating Working Capital.
